Who is Frost Psychology?

Frost Psychology was born out of the desire to support people to understand themselves.

Working out of offices in Christchurch, assessment is provided by Dale Frost, a New Zealand trained and registered psychologist, who provides specialised assessment for autism in adults. This includes assessment of autism in women, an often misunderstood area.

As is typical for psychologists, assessment is completed with the inclusion of other psychologists or professionals where possible. In addition, a professional supervisory relationship with an external supervisor ensures assessments are robust and thorough.

At this stage we do not keep a managed waitlist. Instead, we begin new assessments as space arises and as people make contact. This means we are either able to offer immediate support to individuals, or have a very short time frame before the next space opens up.
